The Role

This is more than just a sales role - it's your chance to build your own pipeline, develop long-term client relationships, and grow your income in a fast-moving freight environment. You’ll manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing account growth, supported by an experienced operations and sales team.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Winning new business through proactive outbound sales activity
  • Building and managing your own client portfolio
  • Developing strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Producing competitive quotations across air, road & sea freight
  • Following up leads and converting opportunities into revenue
  • Attending client meetings (mainly office-based role)
  • Working closely with operations to deliver exceptional service
  • Supporting wider team activity to maximise client satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or telesales
  • Freight/logistics experience is a bonus - but not essential
  • A confident communicator who can build relationships quickly
  • Results-driven, resilient, and motivated by earning potential
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • A proactive hunter mentality with a strong desire to succeed
