The Role
This is more than just a sales role - it's your chance to build your own pipeline, develop long-term client relationships, and grow your income in a fast-moving freight environment. You’ll manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing account growth, supported by an experienced operations and sales team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Winning new business through proactive outbound sales activity
- Building and managing your own client portfolio
- Developing strong, long-term customer relationships
- Producing competitive quotations across air, road & sea freight
- Following up leads and converting opportunities into revenue
- Attending client meetings (mainly office-based role)
- Working closely with operations to deliver exceptional service
- Supporting wider team activity to maximise client satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in B2B sales or telesales
- Freight/logistics experience is a bonus - but not essential
- A confident communicator who can build relationships quickly
- Results-driven, resilient, and motivated by earning potential
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- A proactive hunter mentality with a strong desire to succeed
