The Role
As a Shift Engineer, you will carry out day‑to‑day engineering, maintenance, and fault‑finding activities across the site. You’ll work to minimise downtime, improve OEE, and ensure all work meets high standards of safety, quality, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose faults and implement effective engineering solutions.
- Carry out maintenance and repairs on electrical and mechanical systems.
- Support TPM and planned preventative maintenance routines.
- Reduce unplanned downtime and improve equipment reliability.
- Manage engineering parts, materials, and stock control.
