Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their successful Property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated conveyancing professional looking to join a supportive and forward‑thinking firm that values client care, professional development and business growth. The role can be based from any of the firm’s offices in Exeter, Ilminster, Bridgwater or Yeovil.
The Role
- You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, delivering high‑quality legal advice and exceptional client service throughout the transaction process.
- Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions.
- Drafting legal documents, contracts and correspondence.
- Reviewing title documentation and resolving title issues.
- Conducting and reviewing property searches.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, solicitors and other third parties.
- Advising clients throughout the conveyancing process.
- Preparing reports on title and completion statements.
- Exchanging contracts and coordinating completions.
