- Job Purpose
To produce high-quality printed products using manual and semi-automatic screen-printing equipment, ensuring all work meets customer specifications, company quality standards and production deadlines.
The successful candidate will work across a range of printed products including industrial nameplates, labels, decals, signs and bespoke printed components for customers within sectors including aerospace, automotive and manufacturing, using semi-automatic screen-printing equipment and maintains AS9100 and ISO9001 quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Screen Printing
- Set up manual and semi-automatic screen-printing machines.
- Prepare screens, inks and substrates ready for production.
- Mix inks to customer specifications and colour requirements.
- Print onto a variety of materials including: Aluminium, Stainless Steel, Brass, Polycarbonate, Polyester, Vinyl and other plastic substrates
- Ensure correct registration and colour accuracy.
- Carry out print runs efficiently whilst maintaining quality standards.
- Complete first-off inspections before commencing production.
- Quality
- Inspect printed products throughout production.
- Ensure all work meets customer drawings and specifications.
• Identify print defects including
- Complete quality documentation where required.
- Report quality concerns immediately.
- Support AS9100 and ISO9001 quality systems.

- Previous experience within screen printing or print production.
- Good attention to detail.

- Ability to read production paperwork and work instructions.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure.
