YOUR MISSION
Your mission is to lead the charge in defining and amplifying Hawk’s product narrative, driving its success in the market. As the Product Marketing Manager, Compliance, you will craft compelling positioning and messaging for Hawk’s anti-money laundering and screening solutions—telling each solution’s story in a way that resonates deeply with compliance professionals and fuels sales and customer engagement. In this pivotal role, you will build strong, fruitful relationships with the Product team to help communicate the value and impact of our market‑leading solutions. You will empower our Sales and Customer Success teams with effective materials, orchestrate impactful product launches, and spearhead initiatives that drive product adoption and expansion. Your strategic foresight and cross‑functional collaboration will be key to achieving our business objectives, fostering a culture of advocacy, and ultimately, contributing to Hawk’s growth and market leadership.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create compelling product positioning, value propositions, and key messaging that resonate with our target audience, including stakeholders like BSA Officers, Money Laundering Reporting Officers (MLROs), and sanctions professionals.
- Own the development and maintenance of content related to Hawk’s AML transaction monitoring, customer screening, and payment screening products, including sales presentations, product sheets, website content, and case studies.
- Plan and execute product launches, including coordinating with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful and timely launches.
- Serve as a steward for your product, ensuring consistent messaging and driving marketing campaigns to increase product awareness, demand, and adoption.
- Develop and deliver sales tools to support the Sales team in effectively positioning and selling our AML‑KYC products.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to gather feedback and insights to inform product and marketing strategies.
- Engage with prospects, customers, partners, and industry analysts to gather feedback and insights to inform competitive positioning and product messaging.
- Define and track key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of your product marketing initiatives.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis to senior management on product launch performance and product adoption.
YOUR PROFILE
- 4+ years B2B technology product marketing experience in the financial services sector, ideally in financial crime and compliance fields.
- Proven track record of successfully launching products to maximize customer adoption.
- Experience in combining internal and external research with creative perspectives to produce compelling, customer‑focused product positioning and messaging.
- Excellent written and visual communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and presentations.
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills to inspire and motivate Sales and other teams.
- Experience of liaising with industry analysts to understand trends and promote capabilities.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to meet deadlines and deliver projects on‑time in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- A love for collaborating with others and leading cross‑functional programs by working with Product and Sales, as well as colleagues in Marketing and other stakeholders in the business.
