As Assistant Manager at the Hawk, you will support the General Manager in leading the team to success, motivate staff to deliver an excellent guest experience, and mentor individuals to reach their full potential.

- Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations and act as Duty Manager when required.
- Train and inspire the team to deliver high-quality food, drink, and service.
- Serve as a role model and guide development within your team.
