We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in driving pipeline growth across the EMEA region. As the first point of contact for prospective customers, you will create impactful first impressions, identify business needs, and qualify opportunities to ensure a smooth handoff to our Account Executives and Business Development team.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage target accounts across EMEA through proactive research and outreach.
- Execute outbound prospecting activities (calls, emails, social), leveraging internal resources and third‑party partners to generate interest and book meetings.
- Respond promptly to inbound leads, qualifying fit, urgency, and buying intent.
- Route qualified, sales‑ready leads to the appropriate sales resource with full context.
- Support sales teams with prospect research, account preparation, and follow‑up activities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and collaborate with Marketing and Sales to optimise messaging and conversion.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self‑motivated with a proactive approach to prospecting.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms.
- Previous experience in sales development or lead generation; knowledge of prepaid solutions or incentives is a plus.
