From digital gift cards and eGifts to global employee rewards and customer acquisition tools, our platforms deliver meaningful value to clients and their customers alike.

Overview: We’re looking for a talented Product Marketing Manager to create impactful programmes that promote our employee benefits platform to employers, drive new customer acquisition, and encourage employee sign‑ups and engagement. Reporting to the Senior Product Marketing Manager, you’ll join a fast‑growing team. We lead the market with the UK’s #1 cycle‑to‑work benefit, Cyclescheme, and are a major player in the UK benefits space. Our BHN Extras platform, launched in 2021, enables employers to offer a wide range of benefits at no cost. This role suits a proactive marketer who can deliver campaigns that build awareness, convert prospects, and optimise onboarding. If you’re ready to make an immediate impact, own multiple channels, and grow with us, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Product Website & Conversion: Partner with product team to keep websites updated, optimise sign‑up journeys, and improve conversion rates.
  • Lifecycle Marketing: Manage and optimise employer and employee lifecycle communications to boost acquisition and retention.
  • Campaign & Paid Media Assets: Create evergreen and brand assets for paid media in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Manager.
  • Sales Enablement: Deliver sales collateral (toolkits, factsheets, decks, guides, demos, videos, webinars) through cross‑functional coordination.
  • Social Media Management: Develop weekly LinkedIn content, grow engagement, and manage responses and queries.
  • Events & Case Studies: Support HQ events and webinars with marketing collateral; create and deploy client case studies to showcase success.
  • Content & Reporting: Own blog and ebook content creation, copywriting, and deployment; analyse performance across social, web, and conversion metrics.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to deliver multichannel digital campaigns using a variety of tactics and channels, including paid media.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data‑driven approach to decision‑making.
  • Creative and innovative mindset with the ability to develop impactful marketing initiatives.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in stakeholder collaboration.
  • Hands‑on experience with marketing technology platforms (e.g., Emarsys, MailChimp or similar).
  • Excellent time management, project management, and organisational skills; knowledge of employee benefits market is a plus.

We seek candidates who not only demonstrate curiosity and adaptability in emerging technologies but have also successfully implemented and utilised AI tools to enhance their work, improve processes, or deliver measurable results. Our teams embrace continuous learning and the thoughtful integration of AI to create meaningful impact for our employees and the future of work.

Benefits

  • Work‑Life Balance: 25 days annual leave plus additional appreciation days, birthday time off, and volunteering leave.
  • Health & Well‑being: Private medical insurance, employee assistance programme, enhanced parental leave, and free eye tests.
  • Financial Rewards: Group income protection, pension scheme, and exclusive discounts with our bYond/one4all cards.
