Pay & Benefits
- Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 basic per annum + Bonus structure (Realistic OTE up to £36,000)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, plus 1 in 3 Saturdays (8:30 AM – 12:30 PM)

- Workload: Meeting and greeting customers, booking vehicles into the technical workshop, managing progress updates, handling customer inquiries via phone/face-to-face, arranging onward travel, and coordinating vehicle handovers

Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Service Advisor / Automotive Receptionist to join our busy aftersales department. You will act as the key link between our customers and the technical workshop, ensuring seamless communication, meticulous job card administration, and top-tier customer satisfaction from booking to vehicle handover.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor, Receptionist, or Customer Service Coordinator within an automotive or fast-paced customer-facing environment.
- Exceptional communication and telephone handling skills, with strong IT literacy.
- A friendly, organized, and proactive approach to managing workloads and customer expectations.
- Full UK driving licence.

- Base: Worthing (Ferring / Littlehampton Road area with free secure on-site parking)
- Road Links: Directly situated on the A259, offering convenient links from the A24 and A27 along the south coast.
- Public Transport: Accessible via regional bus routes and close to local mainline rail links serving West Sussex.
- Commutable From: Worthing, Littlehampton, Rustington, Shoreham-by-Sea, Bognor Regis, and Lancing.
