We are hiring a high-level Vehicle Technician / Car Mechanic for our premier workshop on the Worthing / Sompting border. If you want to be treated like a true workshop expert rather than just a number on a corporate spreadsheet, this is the team for you.

- Salary: £32,000 – £50,000 Basic per year (strictly dependent on your skillset).
- Hours: Monday to Friday ONLY (Strictly no weekends).

What you will be doing:
As a specialist Motor Mechanic, you will be utilizing top-tier equipment to carry out high-standard precision work:
- Advanced fault-finding and complex diagnostics on modern petrol, diesel, and high-voltage EV systems.
- Handling major mechanical overhauls, including clutches, timing belts, and chains.
- Maintaining our award-winning reputation with a "fixed first time" approach.
What we need from you:
- NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Repair (or equivalent qualification).
- Ideally a minimum of 5 years of experience in a high-standard workshop.
- Strong diagnostic skills (experience with German brands or EVs is a massive plus).
- A valid, full UK Driving Licence.
