- Salary: £15,000 basic salary + competitive commission & performance bonuses

What you will be doing:
- Learning the sales process inside and out through our comprehensive, structured training program.
- Welcoming dealership visitors, qualifying customer needs, and presenting new and used vehicle options.
- Building strong relationships to guide customers through test drives, finance options, and vehicle handovers.
- Delivering outstanding customer service to ensure maximum satisfaction and repeat business.
- Maintaining high standards of professionalism and brand representation on the showroom floor.
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence (essential).
- Background in retail, hospitality, or customer service (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and an eagerness to learn.
Commutable Locations:
This role is based in Worthing, making it an easy commute from Brighton, Hove, Chichester, and Littlehampton.
