What You'll Be Doing
- Carrying out routine DVSA compliance testing to spotless safety standards.
- Executing meticulous vehicle health checks and safety inspections.
- Diagnosing and performing essential MOT‑failing repairs (brakes, suspension, steering, and light mechanical work) to get customers back on the road safely.
- Maintaining clear, accurate records using the DVSA online system and interacting professionally with our supportive service desk team.
- Keeping the MOT bay clean, organised, and running efficiently.
Are You The One? (Requirements)
- Qualifications: Must hold a valid, current DVSA MOT Testing Licence (Class 4 and 7).
- Experience: Proven experience operating as an active MOT Tester or a Technician/Tester inside a professional workshop environment.
- Skills: Confident with routine vehicle safety inspections, brake and suspension wear assessments, and light mechanical fast‑fit repairs. Must hold a full UK driving licence.
