What is in it for you:
- Salary: £15,000 basic salary + an excellent commission structure with uncapped OTE.
- Hours: 5-day working week | Mon–Fri 08:00–17:30 | Saturdays 08:30–17:00 (with a day off in lieu during the week). Currently closed on Sundays!

What you will be doing:
- Drive Sales: Selling a high volume of new and used vehicles by tailoring the buying experience to each individual customer's needs.
- Maximize Profit: Achieving dealership profitability targets while ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction to build long-term local loyalty.
- Value Add: Ensuring full customer awareness of tailored finance options, accessories, extended warranties, and GAP insurance.
- Customer Care: Maintaining an approachable, professional demeanor to achieve industry-leading standards of service.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Car Sales Executive within a main dealership or independent specialist is required. You must be target‑driven, possess excellent communication skills, and hold a valid UK driving licence.
Commutable Locations
This role is based in Worthing, making it an easy commute from Brighton, Littlehampton, Shoreham‑by‑Sea, Chichester, and Bognor Regis.
