What is in it for you:
- Salary: £40,000 to £60,000+ per year depending on experience and OTE bonuses
- Hours: 8:00am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday

What you will be doing:
- Overseeing the efficient, profitable operation of our Service and Parts departments
- Managing departmental resources effectively to meet performance, sales, and financial goals
- Delivering top-tier customer satisfaction and handling customer enquiries in person and over the phone with care
- Leading genuine parts operations across our dealership territory for both Trade and Retail customers
- Implementing company and manufacturer procedures in collaboration with the management team
- Maintaining high standards while promoting genuine manufacturer parts
Requirements:
- Proven management experience within service and parts operations
- Strong customer-focused mindset with a professional and polite approach
- Demonstrated ability to meet targets and manage departmental profitability
- Valid UK Driving License required
- Prior experience with brand-specific parts operations is a plus, but not essential
Commutable Locations: This role is based in Worthing, making it an easy commute from Brighton, Shoreham-by-Sea, Littlehampton, and Chichester.
