About the Role:
We are seeking a Workshop Technician to join our busy team. This role is ideal for a Level 3 qualified technician with MOT experience (preferred), who is confident in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicles. You will work with minimal supervision while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship and efficiency in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out vehicle diagnostics, servicing, and mechanical repairs to manufacturer and industry standards
- Conduct MOT inspections (if qualified)
- Work independently on repairs while meeting workshop deadlines
- Use modern diagnostic equipment and tools to identify faults
- Maintain accurate job cards and service records
- Ensure a clean, organised, and safe workshop environment
- Collaborate effectively with the team to deliver exceptional customer service
About You:
- Level 3 Vehicle Technician qualification (preferred)
- MOT qualification preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in vehicle diagnosis and repair
- Strong mechanical knowledge and fault-finding skills
- Reliable, organised, and able to work independently

- Full UK driving licence
