The Role: Vehicle Technician / Mechanic
We aren't looking for "ordinary." We need a Master Technician or Level 3 Vehicle Mechanic who takes real pride in the finish. Your day-to-day will include:
- Advanced Vehicle Diagnostics: Identifying faults using the latest software.
- Servicing & Repair: From routine oil changes to complex engine work and cambelts.
- Technical Maintenance: Working on everything from performance German cars to the latest Hybrid/EV models.
- Quality Control: Ensuring every vehicle leaves the workshop in showroom condition.
What You Bring to the Team
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent).
- Experience: A solid background in Diagnostic Repair, mechanical servicing, and MOT-level standards.
- Niche Skills: Experience with VAG, BMW, or Mercedes is a huge advantage. MOT Tester status is a plus but not essential.
- License: A full UK Driving Licence is required.
- Attitude: You’re a team player with a sharp eye for detail and a "right first time" mentality.
