Core Responsibilities
- Carry out manufacturer-scheduled maintenance, routine servicing, and core mechanical/electrical overhauls
- Troubleshoot complex vehicle faults using official dealer-level diagnostic suites
- Complete comprehensive vehicle health checks (VHC) to uphold strict main-dealer quality standards
- Keep electronic job logs updated and maintain clear communication with service and parts teams
- Collaborate closely with a close-knit workshop crew to keep repair turnaround times efficient
Candidate Profile
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on garage/workshop experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic
- Technical Background: Solid foundation in multi-brand servicing, vehicle preparation, and diagnostic isolation (franchise experience is a plus, but independent technicians are welcome!)
- Work Style: Methodical, structured, and organized, with a clear focus on right-first-time quality
- Requirements: Full UK Driving Licence preferred
