What's Included in the Package?
- Salary Range: £35,000 – £45,000 basic per annum (DOE) + workshop productivity bonus
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday schedule

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Tackle major mechanical tasks, including timing chains, cambelts, clutch kits, gearboxes, and engine repairs
- Utilize multi-brand diagnostic equipment to pinpoint complex electrical and mechanical faults
- Perform routine servicing, safety inspections, brake/suspension overhauls, and pre-MOT checks
- Provide accurate repair notes on job cards and keep service desk staff updated on repair timelines
- Maintain a safe, clean bay environment and work collaboratively with fellow technicians
What We Need From You
- Experience: Time-served mechanic with strong confidence handling heavy repair work and fault-finding
- Qualifications: NVQ / IMI Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or solid time-served garage experience)
- Mindset: Dependable, detail-oriented technician who takes pride in right-first-time quality
- Requirements: Full UK Driving Licence
