What you will be doing:
- Welcoming customers warmheartedly, arranging work schedules, and bridging the gap between vehicle owners and workshop technicians.

- Promoting additional maintenance products, service agreements, and accessories to consistently achieve department goals.
- Managing accurate paperwork, processing client payments, and conducting smooth vehicle key handovers.
- Maintaining exceptional customer care scores through attentive, professional communication at every touchpoint.
