- Salary: Up to £35,000 basic per annum
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (STRICTLY NO WEEKENDS)

Role Overview
Seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Service & Parts Advisor to join our close-knit workshop team. You will be the vital link between our valued customer base and our technical workshop staff. From greeting clients and interpreting service/parts requests to sourcing genuine components and maintaining smooth front-desk operations, you will deliver a top-tier customer experience every day.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an automotive Service Advisor, Parts Advisor, or Aftersales Counter role.
- Good knowledge of vehicle components, parts cataloguing, and workshop booking systems.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first approach.
- Computer literate with high attention to detail.
- Full UK driving licence.
