We are hiring an experienced Senior Diagnostic Vehicle Technician / Supercar Specialist to join our elite independent workshop team in Weybridge. Your Role
As a vital Senior Diagnostic Vehicle Technician / Supercar Specialist in our Weybridge workshop, you will:
- Execute advanced diagnostics, utilizing cutting-edge workshop software to trace and resolve complex ECU, CAN-Bus, engine management, and auto electrical faults.
- Perform major mechanical repairs, including engine rebuilds, gearbox overhauls, custom suspension setups, braking systems, and drivetrain maintenance.
- Conduct air conditioning servicing and refrigerant repairs to ensure total climate control system compliance.
- Road test high-performance vehicles, complete precise digital job cards, and maintain immaculate workshop standards.
What You Need
Qualifications & Experience: NVQ Level 3 or IMI Level 3 (or time-served equivalent) with 15+ years of hands-on experience as a Vehicle Technician, Master Technician, or Diagnostic Specialist on supercars, prestige marques, or VAG performance vehicles. F-Gas certification is essential.
Licensing: A full UK driving licence is essential for road testing prestige vehicles. An active MOT Tester licence or Master Tech accreditation is advantageous.
Equipment: Must possess your own specialist hand tools to manage high-level diagnostic and mechanical repair tasks.
Key Strengths: Superior fault-finding capabilities, deep knowledge of modern vehicle electronics, logical problem-solving, and incredible attention to detail.
