We're an established, family-run independent automotive business serving Wellingborough and the surrounding area since 2018.
Run by a brother-and-sister team, we've built our reputation on honest advice, transparent service and quality workmanship, backed by decades of automotive experience.
We're proud to offer a friendly alternative to the traditional dealership environment. Our workshop has a small, experienced team where people know each other, support each other and take pride in doing a good job.
Our work ranges from servicing, maintenance and MOTs to tyres, diagnostics and more specialist mechanical repairs.

The role
You'll be working as part of our workshop team, carrying out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics and mechanical repairs across a range of vehicles.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out routine servicing and scheduled maintenance
- Diagnosing faults and identifying the cause of mechanical problems
- Completing mechanical repairs to a high standard
- Using workshop tools and diagnostic equipment
- Inspecting vehicles and identifying additional work required
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety
- Working with the team to deliver quality work and keep the workshop running smoothly
You'll have the opportunity to use your existing experience, broaden your technical knowledge and undertake further training as you progress.
What we're looking for
We're interested in an experienced technician who is reliable, takes pride in their work and wants to keep developing.
You'll ideally have:
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair, or equivalent time-served experience
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic in a garage, dealership or similar workshop
- Good mechanical and diagnostic skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive, practical attitude and a commitment to quality workmanship
- Your own tools
- A full UK driving licence
Interested in becoming an MOT Tester? If you don't currently hold an MOT Tester licence, training and licensing can be made available if you'd like to gain the qualification.

Working hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
Weekend working: None
Location: Wellingborough, Northamptonshire
Parking: Free onsite parking
The role is commutable from Wellingborough, Northampton, Kettering, Rushden, Irthlingborough, Burton Latimer, Raunds, Higham Ferrers and surrounding areas.
