- Premium Maintenance: Conducting routine servicing, scheduled maintenance, and high-quality repairs on premium vehicles.
- Advanced Fault Finding: Diagnosing and fixing complex mechanical and electrical faults using modern, advanced diagnostic equipment.
- Quality Workmanship: Working efficiently to ensure a right-first-time fix, maintaining the absolute highest standard of customer service.
- Technical Records: Keeping clean, accurate records of all work completed and liaising directly with our service advisors.
- Team Collaboration: Working alongside a tight-knit crew of highly skilled technicians in a supportive, professional, and progressive environment.
Requirements
- A proven, confident all-rounder capable of handling heavy mechanical work, including complex clutches, cambelts, and major unit replacements independently.
- The drive and mindset to take ownership of a new department and run it effectively.
- Solid experience working on VAG group vehicles (Audi, VW, SEAT, Skoda) is highly advantageous.
- NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent portfolio of deep workshop experience).
- A reliable team player hungry to step into a specialist brand role and level up.
- A full UK driving licence.
