Pay & Benefits
- Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 basic per annum (DOE) + team performance bonus scheme
- Hours: Monday to Friday schedule (08:30 – 17:30) + alternate Saturday morning shifts

Role Overview
Seeking an experienced NVQ Level 3 Vehicle Technician / VAG Specialist to join our technical crew. You will be responsible for carrying out routine servicing, detailed fault-finding, diagnostic troubleshooting, and core mechanical repairs across a broad range of Volkswagen Group passenger cars.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 / IMI Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (Essential).
- Proven hands-on experience working with VAG marques (Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, Škoda) or strong multi-brand background with diagnostic confidence.
- Solid skills in cambelt/timing belt renewals, clutch builds, diagnostic isolation, and general repair work.
- Active DVSA Class 4 MOT Tester Licence is an advantage, but non-essential.
- Full UK driving licence & own hand tools.

- Base: Warwick / Warwickshire Area (Free secure on-site parking)

- Public Transport: Direct connections via Warwick and Warwick Parkway rail stations alongside local bus routes.
