The Payload
- Solid Basic Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 guaranteed per year (depending on experience).
- Optional Overtime: Increase your take-home pay with extra hours available whenever you want a boost.
- Hours: Monday to Friday only. Strictly no weekends and no Saturday rotas!

What You Will Be Doing
- Routine Servicing: Performing high-quality scheduled servicing and vehicle health inspections on a fantastic, diverse variety of makes and models.
- Brakes & Suspension: Handling high-volume, core wear-and-tear mechanical maintenance including premium braking systems, steering components, and suspension repairs.
- MOT Repairs: Carrying out vital remedial and fast-turnaround repair work to ensure customer vehicles easily meet DVSA safety standards.
- Light Maintenance: Focusing entirely on clean, efficient vehicle upgrades, fluid changes, and safety-focused repairs.
- Team Collaboration: Working alongside our team of 5 pros to keep the workshop bays moving smoothly and efficiently.

- Experience: Proven, hands-on experience working as a Service Technician, Vehicle Mechanic, or Fast-Fit Technician.
- Skills: Proficient in everyday fast-fit fundamentals—servicing, brakes, suspension, and tracking—with high attention to detail.
