The Package

  • Salary: £35,000 to £42,000 per year basic (Paid above main dealer rates) + Lucrative Bonus Scheme
  • Hours: Monday to Friday (No weekends!)

What You’ll Be Doing

In this hands-on workshop role, you will work across an exceptionally prestigious lineup of high-performance and luxury customer cars, ensuring every job is executed to strict brand requirements. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting routine servicing, manufacturer-scheduled maintenance, and high-quality mechanical and electrical repairs without invalidating manufacturer warranties.
  • Diagnosing complex vehicle faults efficiently using cutting-edge, genuine dealer-level diagnostic equipment.
  • Performing precise tasks including 4-wheel laser wheel alignment, cambelt replacements, and advanced air conditioning repairs.
  • Completing official online service records directly with Audi/VW, BMW, and Mercedes portals.
  • Collaborating with a friendly, professional, and close-knit crew of 10 dedicated staff members to maintain our extremely high rate of repeat custom.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience working on VAG Group vehicles (Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, Škoda) or other German marques is highly desirable.
  • Solid experience in vehicle servicing, rapid preparation work, and advanced diagnostic fault-finding (Main dealer or established specialist experience is a plus).
  • A proactive team player who takes immense pride in their craftsmanship and goes the "extra mile" to offer a caring, transparent service.
  • Clear communication skills to explain technical requirements effectively to the service team.
  • A valid UK driving licence.
