Key Responsibilities
- Advanced Diagnostics: Systematically isolating complex mechanical, software, and electronic faults across multiple vehicle brands.
- MOT Testing: Carrying out Class 4 MOT tests to strict DVSA guidelines.
- Servicing & Repairs: Executing vehicle servicing, cambelt/timing chain replacements, clutch overhauls, and general maintenance.
- Quality Assurance: Ensuring all repair work meets high safety standards and complete repair records are documented.
Candidate Requirements
- MOT Qualification: Active, valid DVSA MOT Tester status.
- Employment Stability: Demonstrated history of long tenure in previous roles (showing commitment and reliability).
- Diagnostic Skills: Expert-level diagnostic and electronic fault-finding capabilities.
- Qualifications: Level 3 NVQ / IMI in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
- Licence: Full UK Driving Licence.
