The Role and Responsibilities
As our new Car Technician and Mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining our reputation for excellence. Your duties will include:
- Servicing and Maintenance: Carrying out high-standard repairs and routine servicing.
- Diagnostics: Efficiently diagnosing faults and completing repairs across a variety of makes.
- Specialist Work: While we work on all brands, experience with VW and Audi (VAG) vehicles is a major advantage.
- Workload Management: Taking ownership of your bay and managing your workload to meet workshop demands.
- Quality Control: Ensuring every vehicle leaves the workshop in perfect condition.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: A minimum of 6 years of workshop experience is required.
- Technical Skill: Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills are essential.
