We're recruiting an experienced technician to join a well-established independent specialist garage in Tunbridge Wells.
You'll work Monday to Friday, with NO weekends and NO late shifts, while working on a range of premium, prestige and performance vehicles.
£35,000-£40,000 basic salary + excellent working environment + training + progression.

What will you be doing?
You'll be carrying out a mixture of servicing, repairs and diagnostics on premium and prestige vehicles.
Your day-to-day work will include:
- Servicing and maintaining vehicles
- Mechanical repairs and fault finding
- Diagnosing mechanical, electrical and electronic faults
- Advanced vehicle diagnostics
- Using modern specialist diagnostic equipment
- Vehicle inspections and health checks
- Preparing vehicles for MOT
- Carrying out repairs to a high standard
- Completing job cards and workshop documentation
- Maintaining a clean and professional workshop
- Ensuring every vehicle leaves to a high standard
What are we looking for?
We're looking for an experienced technician with good mechanical and diagnostic ability.
Ideally, you'll have:
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair, or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, Diagnostic Technician, Automotive Technician, Car Mechanic or similar
- Strong mechanical knowledge
- Good electrical and electronic understanding
- Experience diagnosing faults on modern vehicles
- A methodical approach to diagnostics and repairs
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence preferred
