We are looking for a skilled Automotive Technician / Vehicle Technician to join our busy, well-established independent garage. This is an excellent opportunity for a technician seeking stability, progression, and a positive working environment with no weekend work.

What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Automotive / Vehicle Technician (Level 2 or Level 3 preferred)
- Proven experience in vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs
- Confident use of diagnostic equipment and modern workshop tools
- Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, proactive, and detail-focused approach
- Full UK driving licence
- MOT Tester licence advantageous but not essential
What You’ll Be Doing
- Carrying out vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs to a high standard
- Diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical faults
- Using diagnostic equipment to accurately identify vehicle issues
- Completing inspections and recommending necessary repairs
- Working efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards
- Keeping accurate records of work completed
- Communicating clearly with the workshop team
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
