What You’ll Receive
- £35,000–£45,000 annual salary (experience dependent)
- Regular overtime plus performance-related bonuses
- Efficiency bonus: earn your hourly rate for every hour sold above 90%

The Role
You’ll be part of a busy independent workshop carrying out diagnostics, servicing, and repairs across German vehicles and all other makes. Using dealer-level tooling and advanced diagnostic systems, you’ll deliver high-quality work in line with manufacturer and industry standards.
Key Duties:
- Carrying out servicing, repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance
- Using advanced diagnostic software and specialist tooling
- Ensuring all work meets professional and manufacturer standards
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised working environment
- Keeping up to date with modern automotive technology, including hybrid and EV systems
What You Bring
- NVQ Level 2/3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance
- Strong background in diagnostics, servicing, and mechanical repairs
- Experience with German brands or VAG vehicles preferred
- Knowledge of hybrid/EV systems, or willingness to train
- Full UK driving licence
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a team-focused approach
- Experience with supercars is a bonus but not required
