We are looking for a skilled technician to help drive and shape this brand-new service arm in a modern, fully equipped facility.

What You'll Be Doing
- Performing high-standard routine servicing, mechanical repairs, and multi-point inspections across VAG models and specialist vehicles.
- Assisting with the technical setup, diagnostic workflow, and tooling for our new VAG department.
- Utilizing advanced diagnostic software to trace, map, and repair complex mechanical and electrical faults.
- Executing core mechanical overhauls including cambelts, chains, clutches, brakes, suspension, and engine components.
- Maintaining clean bay standards and accurate digital service records.
What We're Looking For
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 / City & Guilds / IMI in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or time-served equivalent).
- Proven hands-on experience working on VAG (VW, Audi, SEAT, Škoda) or prestige platforms inside an independent or main dealer setting.
- Strong diagnostic capability and confidence with mechanical/electrical fault-finding.
- Valid full UK driving licence.
