What You'll Be Doing
- Carrying out routine servicing, scheduled maintenance, and vehicle health checks to strict manufacturer guidelines.
- Utilizing modern diagnostic tools to locate, trace, and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
- Executing core mechanical repairs: timing belts/chains, clutches, brakes, suspension setups, and steering components.
- Working on modern alternative-fuel systems, including Hybrid, Plug-in Hybrid (PHEV), and fully Electric vehicles.
- Maintaining clean bay standards and right-first-time fix quality.
What We're Looking For
- NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent time-served experience).
- Strong mechanical skills, logical diagnostic ability, and pride in clean workmanship.
- Must hold a full UK driving licence.
