The Package
- Salary: £35,000 to £45,000 per year basic
- Hours: Monday to Friday (with Saturdays on a rota basis)
- Training: FULL TRAINING PROVIDED UP TO MASTER TECHNICIAN QUALIFICATION LEVEL (Happy to support with qualifications including MOT licence, Electric & Hybrid, and Air Con)
- Holiday: 20 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays

What You’ll Be Doing
In this hands‑on workshop role, you will work across an exceptionally popular, diverse lineup of customer vehicles, ensuring every job is executed to the highest independent standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting routine vehicle servicing, scheduled maintenance, and general repairs (including brakes, suspension, and tyres).
- Diagnosing vehicle faults efficiently using cutting‑edge independent and brand‑specific diagnostic equipment.
- Performing precise tasks including visual health checks to ensure customer vehicles are entirely safe and roadworthy.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace while completing precise digital records of work completed.
- Collaborating with a friendly, close‑knit crew of local technicians to minimize vehicle turnaround times and support team goals.
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years of proven workshop experience in vehicle maintenance and repair is required.
- A strong work ethic, a passion for cars, and a commitment to high workmanship standards.
- The ability to work efficiently across various vehicle models both independently and as part of a team.
- MOT testing and air conditioning qualifications are advantageous, but not essential.
- A valid UK driving licence.
