What You'll Be Doing
- Carrying out routine servicing, multi-point health checks, and maintenance on cutting-edge manufacturer vehicles.
- Executing core mechanical repairs across brakes, suspension, steering, and general components to main-dealer standards.
- Working with senior diagnostic mentors to master hybrid technology and complex fault-tracing.
- Attending all-expenses-paid manufacturer academy courses to achieve higher brand certifications.
- Maintaining clean, accurate service records and option to participate in mentoring junior apprentices.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent portfolio).
- Proven experience as a workshop technician/mechanic with solid core repair fundamentals and a strong desire to learn.
- Ambitious mindset with a drive to advance to Master or Diagnostic Technician level.
- Must hold a full UK driving licence.
