What You'll Be Doing
- Carrying out routine maintenance, comprehensive vehicle health checks, and service work to spotless standards.
- Working alongside senior diagnostic mentors to master hybrid technology, complex electrical systems, and advanced fault-finding.
- Handling core mechanical repairs, including brakes, suspension, and steering.
- Actively participating in structured academy courses to fast-track your certifications and promotions.
Are You The One? (Requirements)
- Qualifications: Must be Level 3 qualified (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent portfolio).
- Experience: Proven experience as a Service Technician or Mechanic who has the core mechanical basics down.
- Drive: An ambitious attitude and a genuine desire to sharpen your skills and move into a high-earning diagnostic specialist role.
- Must hold a full UK driving licence.
