The Payload (Pay & Perks)
- Basic Salary: Up to £32,000 basic (Depending on your current experience).
- Monthly Bonus: Performance-based bonuses ranging from £400 to £1,000 per month.
- Total Earnings: Realistic OTE of up to £42,000.
- Hours: Monday to Friday with Saturdays on a structured team rota.
- MOT License Funding: We will fully fund and support you to gain your DVSA MOT Testing License.
