Automotive Service Advisor
Pay & Benefits
- Salary: £28,000 basic per annum + monthly uncapped bonus (Realistic OTE up to £32,000)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Saturday morning rota with overtime pay)

- Workload: Booking appointments, greeting workshop customers, explaining repair estimates, coordinating repairs with workshop technicians, and processing service paperwork

Role Overview We have an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused Service Advisor / Aftersales Specialist to join our fast-paced Service Department. Acting as the crucial link between our customers and workshop technicians, you will ensure a seamless, high-quality service experience from check-in to key handover.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Workshop Controller, or in an automotive customer service role
- Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
- Good working knowledge of automotive systems, service plans, and repair estimates
- Computer literate (experience with Kerridge/Drive, 1Link, or similar DMS preferred)
- Full UK Driving Licence
Location & Commute
- Base: Trowbridge (BA14 area – free on-site staff parking)
- Road Links: Convenient access via the A350 and A361 corridors.
- Public Transport: Within easy walking distance of local bus stops and Trowbridge train station.
- Commutable From: Bath, Chippenham, Westbury, Warminster, Frome, and Melksham.
