- Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 basic per annum
- Hours: Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday rota

Role Overview Seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our busy Service Department team. You will act as the key link between our customers and workshop technicians, listening accurately to customer requirements, managing service schedules, producing detailed repair estimates, and ensuring every customer enjoys a seamless service experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor, Service Receptionist, or in a busy dealership customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Good foundational knowledge of automotive maintenance, vehicle systems, and repair processes.
- Solid computer literacy for scheduling, data entry, and record-keeping.
- Full UK Driving Licence (Required).

- Base: Trowbridge Area (Free secure on-site parking)
- Road Links: Strategic position directly served by major regional routes, including the A350, A361, and A36, providing fast links to the M4 corridor.
- Public Transport: Excellent connections via Trowbridge mainline train station alongside regular local and regional bus services.
- Commutable From: Bath, Chippenham, Frome, Melksham, Devizes, and Westbury.
