Your Day-to-Day
Working in our high-spec Trowbridge dealership, you will:
- Carry out routine vehicle servicing, multi-point safety inspections, and complex mechanical repairs to strict manufacturer standards.
- Use advanced brand-specific diagnostic tools and software to systematically troubleshoot and resolve technical, electrical, and mechanical faults.
- Complete thorough maintenance and prep work, ensuring consistently high "first-time fix" results.
- Work productively with minimal supervision while collaborating with a skilled team of mechanics to maintain a smooth workshop flow.
What You Bring to the Table
- The Credentials: An NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent qualification) is preferred.
- The Experience: A minimum of two years of hands-on experience working in a busy, high-quality workshop environment.
- The Mindset: A presentable, enthusiastic, and self-motivated team player who takes immense pride in precision workmanship and owns their own tools.
- The Basics: A full UK driving licence is essential. An active MOT Tester licence is desirable, but we will provide full, paid MOT training for the right candidate.
