Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 basic per annum + competitive performance benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday (Standard Dealership Hours) with occasional Saturday mornings

Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Parts Supervisor / Automotive Stock Controller to lead daily parts counter operations in Trowbridge. In this key role, you will manage inventory accuracy, assist workshop technicians and retail customers with vehicle parts identification, process orders and returns, handle parts warranties, and ensure a seamlessly organized parts department.
Requirements
- Proven experience working in an automotive dealership parts department or motor factor environment.
- Strong IT skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, inventory management software, and electronic parts catalogues (EPC).
- Excellent communication, phone etiquette, and customer service skills.
- High numerical accuracy, organizational ability, and keen attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid UK driving licence (advantageous).
Location & Commute
Base: Trowbridge, Wiltshire area (Free secure on-site parking).
Road Links: Conveniently positioned off the A350 and A361, providing fast and easy access across Wiltshire and Somerset.
Public Transport: Excellent local bus links and direct connection via Trowbridge mainline train station.
Commutable From: Bath, Frome, Westbury, Melksham, Chippenham, and Bradford-on-Avon.
