Your Role

As a core Parts Advisor in our Trowbridge team, you will:

  • Stock & Inventory: Manage the front and back counters, handling stock identification, goods receiving, and parts storage.
  • Workshop Support: Work closely with our vehicle technicians and mechanics to supply the correct components for vehicle repairs, servicing, and MOT work.
  • Customer Service: Answer incoming phone calls and emails from trade customers and retail guests, providing accurate quotes and technical advice.
  • Sourcing & Logistics: Use electronic parts catalogues (EPC) to identify exact components, manage orders, and minimize workshop delays.
  • Invoicing: Process payments, handle parts returns, and maintain accurate inventory records on the dealership management system.
