- Salary: £29,000 – £32,000 basic per annum + Performance Bonus Scheme
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (plus alternate Saturday morning rota)

Role Overview
Seeking a Trainee Luxury Vehicle Technician who has a minimum of 6 months' garage experience to perform routine maintenance, servicing, and foundational repairs while shadowing master technicians to step up to main dealer standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in a main dealer or independent garage.
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or currently completing).
- Eagerness to learn high-end diagnostic and electronic troubleshooting skills.
- Full UK driving licence.

- Base: Aylesford / Maidstone area
- Road Links: Exceptional access via the M20 (Junctions 5 & 6), A20, and nearby M2/M26 links across Central Kent.
- Public Transport: Direct rail service via Aylesford and Barming train stations, alongside regular Arriva bus routes connecting Maidstone and Medway commercial hubs.
- Commutable From: Maidstone, Rochester, Chatham, Malling, Tonbridge, and Sittingbourne.
