Pay & Benefits
- Salary: £31,000 – £35,000 basic per annum + Overtime at 1.5x rate (£22.50+/hr)
- Hours: 45 hours per week (Choice of shift patterns: Early 06:00 – 15:30 OR Late 13:30 – 22:00 including Saturday)

- Progression: Clear long-term pathway to step up and train into high-earning HGV Commercial Technician roles
- Workload: Fleet maintenance, routine servicing, preventative inspections (PMIs), and minor repairs on modern light commercial vans

Role Overview
Seeking a Trainee Commercial & Van Mechanic with at least 6 months of garage or fleet experience who wants to build a long-term career in commercial vehicle and heavy transport maintenance.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of experience working in an automotive garage, van fleet, or commercial workshop setting.
- NVQ Level 2 (or currently studying towards Level 3).
- Strong desire to upskill into commercial fleet repairs and eventually HGV vehicles.
- Full UK driving licence.
Location & Commute
- Base: Crayford area
- Road Links: Direct position along the main A2 corridor with immediate access to the M25 (Junction 1A/1B) and the Dartford Crossing.
- Public Transport: Excellent rail connections via Crayford station (direct Southeastern links) alongside frequent local bus services.
- Commutable From: Dartford, Erith, Bexleyheath, Sidcup, and Gravesend.
