We're an established independent supercar, prestige and classic vehicle specialist based in Tonbridge, Kent. For more than 12 years, we've built our reputation on exceptional workmanship, honesty and attention to detail. Our technicians aren't rushed to meet unrealistic targets. Every technician receives ongoing guidance and specialist training from our founder, who has more than 30 years of experience in the automotive industry. The Role
As a Vehicle Technician, you'll be responsible for servicing, diagnosing, repairing and maintaining a wide variety of prestige, performance and classic vehicles. Your responsibilities will include:
- Vehicle servicing and scheduled maintenance
- Mechanical repairs
- Engine diagnostics and fault finding
- Electrical diagnostics
- Suspension, steering and braking repairs
- Engine and drivetrain repairs
- Clutch and gearbox work
- Timing belt and timing chain replacement
- Using advanced diagnostic equipment
- Maintaining accurate job records
- Ensuring every repair is completed to manufacturer and company standards
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised workshop
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys being a technician and takes pride in their workmanship.
Essential
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, Automotive Technician, Mechanic, Motor Vehicle Technician, Diagnostic Technician or Car Mechanic
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
- Excellent mechanical and diagnostic skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable
- Experience working on prestige, performance, luxury or classic vehicles
- Experience with Ferrari, Lamborghini, Maserati or Alfa Romeo
- MOT Tester qualification
- Experience using manufacturer diagnostic equipment
