• Basic Salary & Earnings: Realistic £35,000 – £60,000+ OTE in your first year — with our winning formula, you can earn commission straight away from day one! (Uncapped monthly commission + monthly performance bonuses + quarterly bonus structures)

Role Overview & Responsibilities

• Sourcing and speaking with high-caliber automotive candidates daily over the phone, LinkedIn, and specialist job boards.
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle (crafting targeted job ads, screening CVs, and preparing candidates for interviews).
• Liaising directly with our portfolio of 700+ client businesses and top automotive brands to coordinate interview schedules and manage hiring needs.

Requirements

• Experience: Sales experience or zero recruitment experience—we hire strictly for attitude, drive, and personality, and will fully train you up!
• Location: Must be local to Tonbridge (ideally within an easy commute from Tunbridge Wells, Sevenoaks, Maidstone, Kings Hill, Paddock Wood, or surrounding areas).
• Traits: Highly motivated, competitive, reliable, detail-focused, with a massive willingness to graft, learn, and hit target commission fast.

• Road Links: Quick access via the A21, A26, and M26 corridors.
