What You'll Be Doing
- Sourcing and speaking with high-caliber automotive candidates daily over the phone, LinkedIn, and job boards.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle (writing ads, screening CVs, preparing candidates for interviews).
- Liaising directly with our portfolio of 500+ clients to understand their hiring needs.
Are You The One? (Requirements)
- Experience: Experience or no experience—we hire for attitude and will train you up!
- Location: You must be local to Tonbridge (ideally within a 10-mile radius for an easy commute from Tunbridge Wells, Sevenoaks, Maidstone, Kings Hill, or Paddock Wood).
- Traits: You are highly motivated, competitive, reliable, detail-focused, and possess a massive willingness to graft.
