What You’ll Be Doing
- Executing high-standard routine servicing, complex vehicle maintenance, and component overhauls to strict manufacturer specifications.
- Utilizing advanced factory-level diagnostic systems to accurately trace, map, and solve complex electrical and mechanical faults during routine service checks.
- Carrying out core mechanical repairs, including brake servicing, suspension, fluid changes, and high-end vehicle maintenance.
- Conducting detailed Electronic Vehicle Health Checks (eVHC) and providing clear, professional feedback to the service front-of-house desk.
- Maintaining pristine workshop safety and clean-bay compliance standards.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent portfolio of deep workshop experience).
- Proven, professional hands-on experience as a Service Technician or Car Mechanic inside a main dealer or highly structured independent specialist workshop.
- A strong diagnostic mind with a logical approach to electrical troubleshooting and modern vehicle networks.
- Reliable, quality-focused mindset with a focus on fixed-right-first-time repairs.
- Must hold a full UK driving licence.
