Pay & Benefits
- Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 basic per annum + performance bonus (OTE £50,000+)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (No Weekend Shifts)

- Workload: Overseeing front-of-house aftersales operations, managing parts inventory and supplier relationships, supervising service advisors, liaising with workshop technicians, and driving workshop profitability and CSI scores

Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Service Manager / Parts Manager / Aftersales Manager to take the reins of our bustling workshop team in Tonbridge. You will be the pivotal link between management, customers, and technicians—driving front-of-house efficiency, optimizing parts stock control, maintaining stellar customer satisfaction, and ensuring workshop workflow runs like clockwork.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Service Manager, Parts Manager, Aftersales Manager, or senior Service Advisor within the automotive industry.
- Strong working knowledge of workshop management software, electronic parts catalogues, and warranty procedures.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills with a commercial mindset.
- Ability to juggle frontline customer management and backend parts inventory logistics seamlessly.
- Full UK driving licence.

- Base: Tonbridge Area, Kent (Free secure on-site parking)
- Road Links: Strategically situated with direct access to the A21, A26, and nearby M20 / M25 corridors, offering fast commutes across West Kent.
