Pay & Benefits
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 basic per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Occasional Saturdays, 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM)

Workload: Overseeing front-of-house service counter operations, parts sourcing and inventory control, customer relations, job allocation across 6 workshop bays, service scheduling, and digital record management

Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Service / Parts Manager to lead our front-of-house team and workshop workflow. In this dual-focused role, you will handle customer service enquiries, parts procurement, job cards, and workflow management across our busy servicing, diagnostic, and bespoke repair departments.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Service Manager, Parts Manager, or Aftersales Advisor within an automotive dealership or independent workshop.
- Strong working knowledge of vehicle components, parts catalogues, and diagnostic job pricing.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient with workshop management software, digital service records, and stock control tools.
- Full UK driving licence.

Base: Hildenborough / Tonbridge area (Free secure on-site parking)
Road Links: Strategic position directly served by the A21 and A26, offering fast commutes across Kent and East Sussex.
Public Transport: Excellent connections via nearby Hildenborough and Tonbridge mainline stations alongside regular local bus routes.
Commutable From: Tonbridge, Sevenoaks, Royal Tunbridge Wells, Maidstone, Paddock Wood, and Orpington.
